The country house property stands in Bremens green belt in the district Horn-Lehe and combines a tasteful architectural tone with a homely atmosphere. A comprehensively laid-out garden and greenery all around the hotel make the buildings location near the city almost forget. Umfangreiches und sehr gutes Frühstück

Gebucht wurde ein Doppelzimmer und zur Verfügung stand ein 2-Bett Zimmer. Morgens um 6 Uhr wurde man durch knallenden Seiteneingangstür geweckt. Die Nasszelle war extrem klein, Ablageflächen und Haken zum aufhängen von Handtüchern oder Kleidung fehlten vollständig. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung wirkte extrem alt. Im Zimmer war es extrem dunkel (1 Deckenleuchte). Die zusätzliche Stehleuchte funktionierte nicht (Wackelkontakt an der Steckdose) und defekte Birnen an der Bettbeleuchtung.

Die Badewannen in den Badezimmern sind für ältere Menschen vielleicht ein Hindernis, da wären Duschen mit flacherem Eingang angenehmer.

Das Bedienpersonal sollte bei Bestellungen auf das Zimmer einen Nachweis fordern. Dann kann es nicht passieren, dass Gäste auf fremde Zimmer ordern und dem abreisenden Gast eine Rechnung präsentiert wird. Leider haben manche Menschen schlechte Auffassungen zum Eigentum Anderer.

Unfreundliches Personal absolut nicht professionell. Während des Frühstücks konnten wir ein Telefonat der Reception mit bekommen am Telefon tat die Dame sehr freundlich kaum hatte sie aufgelegt sagte sie zu Ihrer Kollegin "Was war das für ein Idiot" (es ging um eine Tischreservierung ) gut zu wissen als was Gäste dort betitelt werden absolute Unverschämtheit . Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht wieder buchen.

Sehr gute Anbindung zum Zentrum als auch zur Autobahn. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Hof das schön ruhig war. Frühstück war KLASSE.
