Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer waren sauber und wurden jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt. Die Lage des Hotels war gut konnten alles zu Fuß erledigen, ferner war eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel.

Wenn man erst um 8.30 Uhr frühstück war das Buffet fast leer und es wurde nicht nachgelegt bzw. auch vom Personal nicht geschaut, ob etwas fehlt. Allerdings wenn man um 7.30 Uhr gefrühstückt hat war das Personal bemühter und legte auch nach.

Personal ausgesprochen nett und aufmerksam, es war spät abends noch möglich ein Glas Wein vorm Zubettgehen zu bekommen. Frühstück für den Preis super gut. Betten sehr bequem. Kurzer Fussweg zur Weserpromenade und zur City. Straßenbahn direkt vor der Tür, gute Verbindung zum Bahnhof.

Das Zimmer, speziell das Badezimmer, könnte etwas frische Farbe gebrauchen. Der Fernseher hing ein wenig zu hoch, war etwas unbequem vom Bett aus zu schauen, auch wegen der an der Wand anbebrachten Nackenstütze.

Man merkt, dass das Hotel ein Familienbetrieb ist. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut und reichhaltig.

Sehr sauberes und helles Zimmer. Ein sehr schönes Bad. Die Fenster haben keinerlei Lärm von der Straße durchgelassen. Die Innenstadt konnte problemlos zu Fuß erreicht werden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich.

Das Haus extrem hellhörig, Man konnte Stimmen aus den Nachbarzimmern hören, was sehr störend ist.

Das Zimmer und Bett waren sehr klein. Das Bett mit einer breite von 1,50m kam uns eher vor wie ein Einzelzimmer. Das Personal hatte eine Stonierung vorliegen obwohl wir dieses nicht getan hatten, haben ja nochmal glück gehabt

Hotel description indicates parking is included ("Inclusive: car-park..."), which I read as "Free". Arriving at the hotel I was informed using the Hotel parking would cost 3€/day. This comes on top of an even higher public parking fee. From Monday afternoon till Friday morning I ended up paying 33+12=47€!

Good location for accessing Bremen city centre. Friendly staff. Easy to reach from the motorway. We stayed in a family room for 3 people (parents plus child), and it certainly was big enough. There was plenty of parking space.

No mobile phones in the breakfast room please! A minor point, but you really don't want to be hearing loud, lengthy business conversations over breakfast.
